From their Headquarters near Solothurn in Switzerland, Platit operates on a global basis and has supplied more than 450 coating installations world-wide into no less than 38 different countries in only the last 15 years.
Coventry based Advanced Grinding Solutions has 6 of its Principals exhibiting this year comprising of Bahmuller and Tschudin (Internal, External, and Centreless Grinders), Haas (Universal Grinders), Gerber (Deburring Machines), Platit (Coating Machines) and Handling Tech (Loading systems).
Advanced Grinding Solutions of Coventry were delighted with the level of enquiries that they received having exhibited at the recent Mach Exhibition.
Chris Boraston, Managing Director at AGS, comments:
"We supply niche market high end grinding and finishing machines and grinding wheels for special applications in what is already a specialist market and therefore we don’t get, and indeed don’t search for, large numbers of enquiries for general engineering applications. Mach was a success for us; it did not and would never bring us hundreds of enquiries but it did bring us a sufficient number of very interesting and challenging enquiries that made exhibiting well worthwhile for us."
Coventry based Advanced Grinding Solutions are present at this year’s Mach exhibition on stand 4472 in the Grinding and Abrasives Zone. They are being joined by two of their principal suppliers for the duration of the event with both Tschudin (Centerless Grinders) and Krebs & Riedel (Grinding Wheels) supporting AGS and their various UK customers.
Coventry based Advanced Grinding Solutions will be very busy at this year’s Grindtec exhibition with no less than nine of their Principal machine suppliers all exhibiting; Gerber and Magnetfinish (Deburring machines) are in hall 1 – on stands 1016 and 1054, Krebs & Riedel (Grinding wheels) are also in hall 1 on stand 1029, and Nova (Internal/external Grinders) are in hall 4 on stand 4096. Haas (Universal Grinding machines) are in hall 7 on stand 7001. Finally Bahmuller (internal/external grinders), HandlingTech (Automation), and Tschudin (Centerless grinders) are all on stand 7013 in hall 7.
